Built for the extended dimensions of the 4-seat Polaris Xpedition, this rack gives you a rugged platform for your overlanding and trail gear, including storage bins and fuel and recovery gear. It fits both the Xpedition XP5 and the Xpedition ADV5, and it fits a little shorter on the ADV5.

The main frame is steel and the rails are aluminum, laser-cut and finished in a heavy-duty, UV-stable textured black powder coat over E-Coat primer. All hardware is 100% stainless steel and corrosion resistant, built for the harshest trail environments.

The modular T-slot crossbars use a fully adjustable slat system and accept industry-standard T-nut accessories, so light bars, MAXTRAX, RotopaX, Hi-Lift jacks, and shovels mount right where you need them.
