Refund policy

     Elektric Offroad Designs offers returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided items are in original, sellable condition. All returns require pre-authorization and items returned without this will be sent back. A 25% restocking fee and original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds. Products must be returned within 30 days for a refund; otherwise, a credit will be issued. Processing of returns may take up to two weeks, with additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Opened or damaged items must be documented with photos to ensure a fair return process. For damage claims or to initiate a return, contact our customer service.
   
    To return a product, a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is required. The form should include the correct RMA number, the refund type, the product's SKU or part number, the reason for return, and images of the product's condition before and after packaging. Claims for freight damage must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt, and a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Only products above a set value threshold are eligible for return or exchange. Returned items without a valid RMA. Shipping costs are not refunded, and items initially sent with free shipping will have standard shipping costs deducted from the refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Products that are found to be defective upon arrival or during the warranty period.
  • Change of Mind: Unused and unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Incorrect Product: In the case of receiving the wrong product than what was ordered.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive RMA Number: If your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
  3. Package the Product: Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include all original documentation.
  4. Ship the Product: Return the product using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service.

4. Conditions for Return

  • RMA Number: Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Elektric Offroad Designs.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% may apply to returns that are not defective.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. Products returned with damage, wear, or alteration may be subject to a reduced refund or denial of the return.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If the return meets our conditions:

  • Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If an exchange is requested and the replacement product is available, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions

Some items may be excluded from returns due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product description page.

7. Warranty Claims

Electric Offroad Designs guarantees that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the purchase date. This warranty only covers the product cost and excludes installation, labor, shipping, regular wear, abuse, misuse, and collision damage. It does not cover ancillary costs from loss of use, delays, or vehicle mileage. All other warranties, implied or explicit, are limited to this one-year period. Warranty claims require prompt notification of defects, return of the product at customer's expense, and our confirmation of the defect's non-relationship to external causes. Repaired or replaced items under warranty do not extend the original warranty period. Warranty benefits cannot be transferred.

Elektric Offroad Designs warrants that its products and services will be of high quality and carried out in a skilled and professional manner. If the services or products fail to meet this standard, Elektric Offroad Designs will, at its discretion, either reperform the service or refund the cost of the service that did not comply, provided the customer reports the issue in writing within five business days of service completion. Beyond this express warranty, no other warranties, whether express or implied, are provided. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Additionally, Elektric Offroad Designs is not liable for delays or failures in delivery and performance due to uncontrollable circumstances such as product unavailability, shipping delays, or acts of God. Shipping and completion dates are approximate and subject to change.

8. Services

At Elektric Offroad Designs, customers can purchase various products and services, including those provided by third parties. For services provided by third-party providers, responsibility and accountability for service delivery rest solely with that third party. Elektric Offroad Designs acts only as an intermediary, and any claims or issues related to third-party services should be directed to the actual provider. Elektric Offroad Designs and its Affiliates are released from any claims in connection with third-party services. Orders placed signify agreement to these terms, and any service-related details will be governed by the specific Statement of Work or Sales Order, which takes precedence over general terms in the event of a discrepancy, unless expressly revised within that document. Changes to services outlined must be formally agreed upon in writing by both Elektric Offroad Designs and the customer.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are encouraged to keep a copy of their purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. You may be required to present this information when processing a return.

10. Policy Changes

Elektric Offroad Designs reserves the right to update or modify this RMA policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your return will govern your return.
